My Routine

I wanted to take a small page and talk about how I am able to do this P90X workout, when most people with Fibromyalgia have trouble doing small things.  I really owe it to my routine, and I think it deserves a page.

Days that I don't work:

On the days I am not working at Wal-Mart, my base routine stays the same, but I try to workout earlier in the day on the tough exercise days.  I start each day the same, with a 2oz drink of Vemma, and then I stretch for 10-15 minutes, mostly the stretches from X Stretch now.  I then use the Two Old Goats to relax any soreness in my muscles away.  I will use this cream as often as I need throughout the day.  Most of the time if I am not as active just a few times, but if it's a day like today was, I use it more often. Once I have completed the workout, if I need more down time than given on the DVD, I will take as much time as needed to get to where I need to be, so I can recover in time for the next workout.  I use the cream before and after each workout, that helps me get to my recovery point faster.  The days that I am not working are easier on my body, because I don't have to go through the wear and tear of work and then a workout.  I make sure that I follow my routine as close as possible, to get the same results over and over.

Days that I work:

My schedule at work is 3 on and 3 off, so I have to make sure I take good care of my body on the days off, so that I will have what it takes to finish strong on the days I work. 
My Routine changes a bit towards the end of the day, but stay the same earlier in the day.  I wake up and drink the Vemma and stretch for a few minutes not as long on days that I work.  I then use the Cream to relax my muscles and get ready for work.  While at work I use the cream as I need it, but I usually don't need it as often, because I am moving around a lot at work.  I do stretch pretty often at work, it helps me get ready for the workout.  Later in the day I usually drink a Verve Energy Drink to help me finish strong in my workout at home.  Since I work until 8 pm, I try to eat something small about 6pm and then snack after the workout, it doesn't always work out that way, but I am still toying with this part of my routine.  When I get home, I relax for a little while, getting ready for the workout.  I use the cream before and after again, to set myself up for a quicker recovery for the next day. 

I know without a doubt in my mind I could not do this with out Vemma or Two Old Goats.  No questions Asked!  I know what I can and can not do with my body, but I just know that P90X is intense and the only reason I tried it was because of my supplements that I have been using for a while now.  The only difference in my routine is P90X, for the last year I have stuck with 2 old goats and the Vemma I have been using this as my treatment for 5 years now.  I know my body and right now it is ever changing, and to me that is a good thing.  Maybe even a great thing!

I am looking forward to pressing on with this routine and finishing strong with P90X.
