Yesterday was awesome but very hard! Yoga is everything I need and nothing like I thought it would be. This workout is so good for Fibromyalgia and my muscles. One would think that after 1 1/2 hours of yoga, one would be sore the next day, not the case though. I am getting stronger and the workouts are getting easier.
Yoga is hard, I never thought that yoga would be this tough. I am still having trouble with certain poses, but I am getting better. There are some I have done very well and had the strength to finish strong in those different exercises. This is one of my focuses with this workout, finishing strong in each pose.
I think that Yoga is doing so many great things for Fibromyalgia. Like; giving me much needed strength in areas that are weak, helping me with flexibility throughout my body and giving me extra energy day after day.
I am looking forward to what Yoga is going to give me and Fibro. in the future. So far I am so excited about the results that I am getting from P90X.
However, I want to remind those reading this blog, none of this would be possible without my daily routine. I use 2 old goats to help me recover faster each and everyday and Vemma to control the inflammation in my body. Without these 2 important key products none of this would be possible.
