Day 35

All I can say is WOW!  Okay I can say a little more than that, X Stretch is amazing, I think I'm going to do it again this morning.  I absolutely love what this workout is doing for me with P90X and for Fibromyalgia.

What it is doing for the workout?
  • This exercise routine sets up all the other exercises
  • Increased flexibility every time I finish it
  • Increased stamina for future workouts
  • Giving my muscles the relief it needs
  • Allowing me to recover faster at the end of each week
What this workout is doing for Fibromyalgia?
  • Increased Strength in areas that need it
  • Stretching out all my problem areas: Shoulders, Back, Elbows and Arms, Hamstrings and Neck
  • Giving relief to my pressure point: Rib cage area, Shoulders and Back, Hips and Lower Legs
  • Increased Flexibility in all problem areas: Legs, Back, Hamstrings, Glutes, Forearms and Chest
If you can't tell this workout does more for me than any other, and I love it!

This workout stretches everything, it is much like Yoga but not as hard as yoga!

I am now looking forward to the start of week 6, bring it P90X!
