What it is doing for the workout?
- This exercise routine sets up all the other exercises
- Increased flexibility every time I finish it
- Increased stamina for future workouts
- Giving my muscles the relief it needs
- Allowing me to recover faster at the end of each week
- Increased Strength in areas that need it
- Stretching out all my problem areas: Shoulders, Back, Elbows and Arms, Hamstrings and Neck
- Giving relief to my pressure point: Rib cage area, Shoulders and Back, Hips and Lower Legs
- Increased Flexibility in all problem areas: Legs, Back, Hamstrings, Glutes, Forearms and Chest
This workout stretches everything, it is much like Yoga but not as hard as yoga!
I am now looking forward to the start of week 6, bring it P90X!
