Day 34

Yesterday was Kenpo, and it was another tough workout.  My legs were already tired from the legs and back workout the day before.  This routine is where you have to throw a lot of punches and kicks, so tired muscles make that hard.  I was able to get a lot from this workout, though.  I like what Kenpo does for my upper body, I am gaining stamina all through this workout.
I have done the workout routine 5 times now, and this was the first time I did the whole thing all the way through.  I was able to finish strong in all the different exercises, something that has been missing from the beginning of this workout.  My body is changing and getting stronger, that has allowed me to do more with each new day.

Kenpo, is not a tough workout, if I was to do this exercise by itself, I would be okay.  The different routines each night is what makes it so tough.  I have seen how each workout has a purpose, and that is what make P90X so awesome.  The muscle confusion has worked to this point and I am looking forward to moving on throughout this workout.  My personal routine is solid, it has gotten me to this point, and I will ride it to the end and start over again.
I am learning how to use the different workouts to get ready for the next one, it has taken me a while to figure it out, but now I know what to do.
This workout is used to set up X Stretch, and the stretch workout is used to set you up for the whole week, you have the option to skip this workout, but for me X Stretch sets up the whole week, so I need these last two workouts in order to start the next week off right.
I am looking forward to X Stretch Tomorrow if you can't tell!  I love this workout more than any of the others.  X Stretch does more for my Fibromyalgia than any other workout in the P90X Series.
Until Tomorrow!
Kevin
